| A while ago I co-ordinated an early digital humanities hackathon in Cyprus (THATCamp Cyprus 2010, which tanked). Before that, in 2008, I organised a exhibition/snapshot/chronicle of Cy online memes in real space (Curating the Virtual, NIMAC, 2008), which included a full wall projection #cyprus on Undernet, on mirc (what happened then blew my mind but no-one there seemed to get it). I have a long-standing frustration around matters of transparency, access to information, and the commons in a general sense. My primary medium is text. I have developed and worked on way too many projects as researcher and/or co-ordinator. These days I enjoy making connections between people and things and then stepping back. I also try to mostly work on things where I get to set my own brief.
